About “cutout” images: these images has had the background cleaned off, revealing the aluminum’s texture (or acrylic transparency). A beautiful shadow reflection of light can be had depending on the origin of the light source.
Image printed directly on Acrylite/Plexiglass Acrylic ( 4 colour process).
Black Ink is added to ensure opacity.
Thickness: 1/4” (6 mm) is required for the larger surfaces above 24” x 24”
Ink: UV dried, extremely durable, lightfast and water resistant
Floating frame or Standoff system is included in the price
For Standoff system: “TRYPTIC” looks a lot better with a 2” above and below clear border where the standoff drilled holes will be seen. In that instance I add 2” above and 2” below the image so you can put the images close to each other for a continuous look.
